Note conceptuelle pour la Session thematique 1 dans le but de faciliter les discussions sur la meilleure facon de promouvoir lintegration du changement climatique et de la gestion des risques de catastrophe a tous les niveaux (national, provincial et/ou local ou d Etat) et a tous les processus d ie de la planification a la mise en ?uvre, le suivi et retroaction en vue dameliorer la mise en ?uvre et de fournir la base pour parvenir a une triple victoire de la reduction des risques de catastrophe, ladaptation au changement climatique et le developpement durable. Concept note for the Thematic Session 1 with the purpose to facilitate discussions on how best to promote integration of climate change and disaster risk management at all levels (national, provincial and/or local or state) and at all processes i.e from planning to implementation, monitoring and feedback in view of improving implementation and to provide the basis for achieving a triple win of reducing disaster risk, climate change adaptation and sustainable development at the Joint Meeting of the 2013 Pacific Platform for Disaster Risk Management and Pacific Platform Climate Change Roundtable, 8 - 11 July 2013, Nadi, Fiji.
