Concept note for the Special Session 4 in which one of the aims is to consolidate the consultations that have already taken place on the Post-2015 Global Framework for DRR at the Joint Meeting of the 2013 Pacific Platform for Disaster Risk Management and Pacific Climate Change Roundtable, 8 - 11 July 2013, Nadi, Fiji.
