WHILE she will focus on advocating for reducing carbon emission at this year's Vodafone Hibiscus Festival, Miss Foneology, Janice Jyotika Prasad, 21, states she also has another message for the youths of Fiji — to be themselves.
Advocating passionately for a decrease in carbon emission Ms Prasad explained, "I believe that we must reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide gases for example, whatever you're burning, if you're burning paper or rubbish, you have to minimise the level of burning that you do and to stop that you can actually plant more trees, reduce, reuse and recycle".
