Climate litigation could do more harm than good, Tuvalu's PM warms

Tuvalu's Prime Minister has warned Pacific countries not to take legal action against oil companies for climate change impacts.

The Responding to Climate Change group asked Enele Sopoaga about the option for litigation, and he said lawsuits would unpick delicate negotiations that are expected to produce a global agreement to curb climate change.
