Update: 12:40PM THE construction of a seawall on Kioa Island in Cakaudrove has brought relief to the 400 villagers.
Village elder and traditional leader Avatale Fakamua said the project, funded by the American Government would stop seawater from entering the village lawn an issue they have faced over the past decade.
