Kia'aina: climate change could increase Compact migrations

Department of the Interior Assistant Secretary for Insular Areas Esther Kia'aina is on Guam and taking part in a two-day symposium to speak about climate change adaptation and preparedness.

Numerous government agencies and representatives from other U.S. territories gathered at the Hyatt Regency Guam yesterday to discuss how climate change is affecting island communities, Kia'aina said.
