Kiribati President on Abbott, climate change and his trip to the Arctic

The President of Kiribati, Anote Tong, is on his way to the Arctic to get a better understanding of the impact of climate change and to further his campaign for stronger global action.

he trip, which will include a voyage to the edge of the Arctic sea ice on the Greenpeace ship, Esperanza, will allow the President to gather fresh images to share with other world leaders at the UN Secretary-General's Climate Summit in New York next week.
