Surrounded by a delegation of enthusiastic Chinese children, UNFCCC Executive Secretary, Christiana Figueres, launched the Chinese language version of a publication celebrating youth engagement earlier today. The publication, Youth in action on climate change: inspirations from around the world, highlights young people's initiatives to undertake climate-friendly activities in their local communities while also inciting their governments and the international community to scale up action on climate change.
