Reacting to the silence being exhibited by the delegates to COP 19 whose opening coincided with Typhoon Haiyan that hit Philippines leaving over 10, 000 people dead, Henry Neondo, Coordinator of the AARMD said it is sad that such a calamitous development can fail to attract the attention of groups of people meeting to discuss issues that brought about the devastation in the first place.
