Abstract:
The Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) and Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) Joint Country Strategy (JCS) 2008-2012 is designed to guide the provision of SPC technical assistance and other support services over the five-year period from 2008 to 2012. It is firmly based upon FSM's Strategic Development Plan (SDP) 2004-2023 and takes into consideration SPC's capacity and comparative advantage in relation to previously supported activities and future priorities as described in the SPC Corporate Plan 2007-2012.
