MAJURO, Marshall Islands ---- The United Kingdom (UK) has reiterated its support to see Fiji back in the Commonwealth if it conducts a free, fair and transparent elections next September.
“We watch with keen interest the constitutional developments in Fiji and the forthcoming general elections which would be free, fair, accountable and transparent and one that will allow international observers to be at the elections, said Minister Hugo Swire, the UK’s Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
