The recent joint meeting of the Pacific Platform for Disaster Risk Management and the Pacific Climate Change Roundtable ended with an agreement by several Pacific communities to develop a joint regional strategy that would replace the existing plan in 2015.
SPREP Director, David Sheppard believes that integration is not a threat, but it's an opportunity.
