International Law, Climate Change and National Security address

I acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands on which we meet, and pay my respects to their elders, past and present.

It is a pleasure to be here at the Sydney Institute tonight, and to have the opportunity to talk to you about some of the challenges that we now face as a nation, and the imperative of constructive multilateral engagement to meet those challenges.
