The secretary of foreign affairs in the Marshall Islands, Kino Kabua, says the Pacific Plan needs a more specific focus on issues such as education, health and climate change, which are his country’s national priorities.
A team reviewing the Pacific Plan, which aims to foster regional co-operation, has recently held consultations in Majuro.
