IN FIJI, the sense of complacency has allowed climate change to seriously affect the islands.
This was outlined by Minister for Environment Colonel Samuela Saumatua in his address during the National Faith Based Environment Stewardship Summit 2013 at the Warwick Resort yesterday.
He said the lack of the sense of urgency would sentence Fiji's future generation to much difficulties and "even life threatening situation".
