ENVIRONMENTAL Impact Assessment reports (EIA) was by-passed in the past by the Ministry of Health during construction of hospitals, health centres and nursing stations.
This was revealed by ministry senior administrative officer Temo Ravula at Monday's Climate Change and Health Adaptation Symposium in Suva.
