AS world powers gear up for the 2015 UN Climate Change Conference in Paris, France, later this year, the US will be at the forefront of discussions for lowering carbon emissions.
With the Pacific facing the brunt of climate change effects such as rising sea levels, the US ambassador to Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga and Tuvalu, Judith Beth Cefkin, says she recently attended a conference in Washington DC, with US ambassadors from around the globe to discuss the issue.
