Doha provides gateway to a 2015 global agreement and renews Kyoto Protocol for a second commitment period
The 18th Conference of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP-18) has come to a close in Doha with a more detailed roadmap to a 2015 global agreement and a renewed Kyoto Protocol.
