Countries not warming to climate conference

There is growing frustration at the slow pace of talks at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Doha.

The United States initiated discussions on compensating poorer nations for losses due to climate change, but a spokesman for small island states said there would be no need for that if richer countries committed to cutting their emissions.
