Consultancy Services for “Developing a Feedback and Grievance Redress Mechanism (FGRM) for the Fiji National REDD+ Programme”

Objective
This assignment is expected to be completed within 13 weeks after the contract becomes effective.
The consulting services ("the Services") are requested for the development of a Feedback and Grievance Redress Mechanism (FGRM) for the Fiji REDD+ Programme, made up of two major elements: (i) response to concerns, complaints, disputes, and any other contentious issues arising during the readiness and implementation phase of the programme, and (ii) facilitation of a two-way communication process and an efficient outreach process to local communities.
