The University of the South Pacific’s Pacific Centre for Environment & Sustainable Development (PaCE-SD) offers full-time Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) scholarships in Climate Change through its European Union Global Climate Change Alliance funded project. These scholarships will begin in Semester 2 of 2016 and are available to citizens of Pacific Island Countries (PICs) for full-time studies, based at USP’s Laucala Campus.
