ACTING British High Commissioner Steven Chandler says the UK has confirmed its commitment this year to fulfilling the UN's target of devoting 0.7 per cent of its gross national income to international development.
Mr Chandler said the UK would be the first G8 (Group of Eight) country to keep its promise to the world's poorest people.
