Threat to ecosystem

While climate change is a threat to the marine ecosystem, especially in small developing nations a local scientist says there has been no signs of coral bleaching in Fiji, but there has been signs in Kiribati

Adjunct Scientist Sangeeta Mangubhai said while there had been signs of the effects of climate change on Fiji's coral, there needed to be an in-depth expedition to determine the full extent of global warming on the marine ecosystem.
