Taiwanese artist Vincent JF Huang is calling on world leaders to take the issue of global warming by the horns, with an installation art piece that roams the streets of Warsaw, where the UN Climate Change Conference is ongoing.
To draw attention to the plight of Tuvalu, a Polynesian nation facing rising sea levels, Huang set up a classic horse-drawn carriage in which he seats a mock-up of the famous Wall Street bull, dressed in a green coat, and a stuffed toy sea turtle. ...
