A Kiribati opposition MP says he is disappointed with the progress of aid delivery and recovery on the islands of Tamana and Arorae which were badly hit by Cyclone Pam in March.
Alexander Teabo has told the Kiribati Independent that the government has not done its part because it failed to declare a state of emergency for these islands.
