The Samoan Prime Minister says warmer water caused by climate change is driving fish to its waters from the Western Pacific, which will benefit its fishing industry in the future.
Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi was in American Samoa over the weekend, attending the 50th anniversary of StarKist Samoa cannery where the majority of the workforce is from Samoa.
