PNG And Japan Advance Engagement On Tourism, Fisheries, Development And Tsunami Awareness

Trade and cultural exchange between Papua New Guinea and Japan will continue to strengthen through the advancement of issues discussed by the Prime Ministers of the two countries at a meeting in Tokyo today.
 
Prime Minister, Hon. Peter O'Neill CMG MP, and his Japanese counterpart, Hon Shinzo Abe, met on the eve of the 7th Pacific Islands Leaders Meeting (PALM7) Summit in Japan.During the working lunch the Prime Ministers discussed issues that included tourism, fisheries cooperation, development projects and tsunami awareness.
