PHL, France call for global action on climate change

The Philippines and France on Thursday issued a call for all countries to act on climate change, and to support an initiative that will be tackled in Paris in December seeking to reduce greenhouse emissions.

 

The two countries agreed on the so-called “Manila Call to Action on Climate Change,” which enjoined the global community to immediately address climate change “seriously, efficiently and equitably.”
