SYDNEY - The 46th summit of the Pacific Islands Forum witnessed Thursday disagreements between leaders over climate change, with conflicting positions between Australia and New Zealand and the other small island states.
At the meeting, which concludes on Sep. 11, island states claim that sufficient efforts have not been made to keep global temperature from going 1.5 degree centigrade over pre-industrial levels.
