FORMER Labor leader Mark Latham says Kevin Rudd should be made climate change minister in order to channel his energies into tackling "the great moral challenge of our time" rather than plotting to overthrow Julia Gillard.
The controversial Mr Latham this morning elaborated on his plan for Mr Rudd as detailed in his Quarterly Essay "Not Dead Yet".
