Update: 12:40PM LEGAL frameworks and definitions have to be established for people from other countries who relocate to Fiji due to the effects of climate change.
Speaking at the 16th Attorney-General's conference in Natadola this morning, Fiji's deputy permanent representative to the UN Namita Khatri said this would become an issue for the country once people from Kiribati begin moving to Vanua Levu.
