TUI Vosasivo (Vusasivo) Josese Rea clearly remembers that evening in March 2010 when strong winds broke branches and waves rose to unexpected heights.
Seated in his home, watching the waves rise as it thumped the shores, Mr Rea described that event as terrifying.
