COP19 (15/11/2013) – Jonathan Radcliffe, Director for Energy Storage, Centre for Low Carbon Futures, talks about the role energy storage will have in the future.
He says energy storage is one technique that gives electricity during times of peak demand – unlike current wind and solar power technologies which can only be collected during the day. He says, through energy storage, we can use renewables at any time.
