AUSTRALIA'S Minister for Development and the Pacific Steven Ciobo says Australia has a very strong position on climate change.
Referring to the Australian Government's target of trying to reduce their carbon emission per capita by 26 to 28 per cent, Mr Ciobo said they were looking to implement some of the highest per capita reductions in the world.
