CLIMATE change, specifically global warming, will be the second global mega-trend to affect sovereign credit risk through this century, says an international financial market intelligence organization.
In its new report titled Climate Change Is a Global Mega-Trend for Sovereign Risk, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said the impact of climate change would put downward pressure on sovereign ratings.
