BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Aug 27 (BERNAMA-NNN-Prensa Latina) -- Caribbean representatives are in this capital for a regional conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to discuss their main challenges, among them the effect of climatic change.
The meeting ending Wednesday is held prior to an international event of the SIDS to be held in Samoa in September 2014.
