Political leaders must join relief and aid organisations like World Vision in responding to the disasters of climate change that have already hit around the globe, writes Tim Morris.
In the Bay of Bengal, families have already accepted flooding as a fact of life, crafting makeshift pontoons from crates and empty plastic milk bottles to grow their veggies on - so their patch of dirt can rise with the water level.
