Angola: Environment Minister Leads Delegation to Cop-18

Luanda — The Angolan minister of Environment, Fátima Jardim, left Luanda on Thursday for Doha, Qatar, at the head of a multi-sector delegation to the United Nations Climate Changes Conference (COP-18).
