American Samoa told of climate change's effect on reefs

The impact of climate change in American Samoa has been painted graphically by the US Coral Reef Task Force. The Task Force has been holding workshops this week in Pago Pago.

Fatima Sauafea Leau of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric office in American Samoa said the territory recently experienced sea level rise, heavy rainfall causing erosion and flooding, and coral bleaching.
