Abstract:
This "Adapting to a Changing Climate" flipchart was developed as part of an outreach toolkit for community-based climate change adaptation in Micronesia. It is intended to be used in conjunction with separate Facilitator's Notes. Funded by the Micronesia Conservation Trust and The Nature Conservancy on behalf of the Micronesia Challenge, the toolkit is meant to motivate leaders to take action and be involved in climate change vulnerability and adaptation planning in a meaningful way and to engage the community in adaptation activties.
