BEIJING, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang exchanged congratulatory messages Friday with their Samoan counterparts on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between their two countries.
In his congratulatory message, Xi said China-Samoa relations have maintained sound development and that China-Samoa friendship is deeply rooted in the hearts of the two peoples, under concerted efforts by both sides since the establishment of diplomatic relations 40 years ago.
