APIA, Samoa --- Samoa’s Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi, says Pacific island countries can do more with less, by making better use of new ideas.
He was speaking at the opening of the 10th meeting of FAO South West Pacific Ministers for Agriculture, in Apia, Samoa.
